The QA department is making sure that your games are top quality and passing submissions safely since 2005. It currently numbers more than 50 employees and is driven by our passion for games and professionalism.
Hardware & Security
We offer our clients a solid hardware base for fully testing their products, made up of RVT-H and RVT-R test kits for Nintendo Wii products, DS (1st and 2nd generation) and DSi kits plus Nitro Capture and Burning hardware for Nintendo DS products, and all the required console and PC testing hardware (backed up by FullHD tv & monitor support) for the other platforms.
To provide optimum security and confidentiality for our clients, the network services are secured using Cisco and 3COM networking hardware. High speed is ensured by using Gigabit compatible hardware, and we also offer our clients a very fast FTP service and a secure Bugzilla installation for bug tracking functionality, both hosted on private servers. Further security measures include monitored and logged internal traffic, video camera surveillance and key card access to the testing lab.
A special mention must be made for Apple products, as we offer testing fully compliant with Apple’s guidelines for their entire range of devices (iPhone standard, 3G, 3GS and iPod touch 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation) and we have so far had all our tested products pass Apple’s submission process first hand.
Functionality Testing
We’re highly experienced in both PC & console functional testing (Nintendo Wii & DS, PSP, Xbox & Xbox 360, PS2 & PS3, iPhone, with a very high 1st submission pass rate at Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony and Apple). NDAs are signed with all of these corporations.
Since 2005 we have successfully shipped more than 100 titles that have been tested on the functionality side. For 2009 alone we have completed work on 40+ FQA and 25+ CQA projects, having tested both casual and complex games (Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East, Risen, Tom Clancy’s HAWX, Cursed Mountain and Assassin's Creed 2 are just a few of the most important titles we've worked on so far – for a complete list of projects please click here).
We cover any game type in our tests (high budget, casual, port, web/browser based) and we can start work on your project at any stage of its lifecycle, be it alpha, beta, master, patch or even just perform a quick validation walkthrough if needed.
